Prep & Plate Services

Prep & Plate provides homemade freezer meals, weekly meal drops, order coordination, and pickup or delivery support in the Carroll, Iowa area. Availability, pricing, pickup windows, and menu items may change by meal drop.

Orders and Payments

Online orders may be paid through our checkout provider. Manual orders may be reserved for payment by cash, Venmo, or another approved method at pickup or delivery. An order is not considered paid until Prep & Plate has received payment.

SMS Program Terms

Prep & Plate text messages may include weekly meal-drop announcements and occasional offers. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text-message consent is optional, separate from other agreements, and can be declined while still signing up for email updates or placing an order. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile opt-in data is handled.

Reply STOP to cancel. After you reply STOP, you should no longer receive text messages from Prep & Plate unless you opt in again.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, reviewing order details before checkout, picking up orders during the communicated window, and storing and preparing meals safely after pickup or delivery.
