Prep & Plate collects information you provide when you sign up for meal-drop updates, create an account, place an order, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, pickup preferences, order details, and payment-related records handled by our payment processor.

How We Use Information

We use your information to manage accounts, confirm orders, send meal-drop updates, coordinate pickup or delivery, provide customer support, improve Prep & Plate, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Text Messaging Privacy

If you choose to receive text messages from Prep & Plate, we use your phone number to send the messages you consented to receive. Marketing texts may include weekly meal-drop alerts and occasional offers. Transactional order-update texts may include order confirmation and pickup-ready updates for a specific order.

Marketing SMS consent and transactional order-update SMS consent are separate. Marketing SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to place an order. Transactional order-update texts are sent only when you provide a phone number for that order and agree to receive order texts. Frequency varies by program and may be up to 2 messages per order for transactional order updates.

For either text messaging program, you can reply STOP to cancel future messages from that program or HELP for help.

Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, shared with third parties, or shared with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate the website, send email or text messages, process payments, host data, and support customer service. These providers may only use information as needed to provide their services to Prep & Plate.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates by replying to an email or contacting us. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. For help with text messages, reply HELP.
