Order Texts
Prep & Plate order-update texts are transactional messages about a specific order, including order confirmation and pickup-ready updates.
How Consent Works
Consent for Prep & Plate order-update texts is obtained when you provide a phone number while placing an order and agree to receive texts about that order. These texts are transactional and are separate from optional marketing meal-drop alerts.
You can receive order-update texts without signing up for marketing texts, and you can sign up for marketing meal-drop alerts without receiving order-update texts for an order unless you provide a phone number at checkout or to Prep & Plate staff.

Separate From Marketing Texts
Order-update text consent is not the same as Prep & Plate marketing SMS consent. Marketing meal-drop alerts and occasional offers use a separate optional checkbox on the Text Alerts page. Prep & Plate does not require marketing text consent as a condition of purchase.
